Warmer Fitness Center
Our popular Fitness Center, located in Building P-6, is fully equipped to meet the needs of physical fitness enthusiasts. Its Training System, various cardiovascular equipment like Stairmasters, Treadmills, Elliptical Cross trainers, and indoor running track are available for your use. The Warmer Fitness Center is the focal point for special events throughout the year including triathlons, bike races, and fun runs. Aerobic classes are also offered. So if you are looking for a place to workout, head for the Warmer Fitness Center!

Fit to Fight Challenge
Are you ready to take your PT to the next step? The Fit to Fight Challenge consists of 5 weeks of recommended exercise sessions, with 3 sessions occurring each week. Sessions 1 & 15 will be used as mock PT tests. 30 seconds of rest between each set and 3-5 minutes between each exercise is suggested for maximum results, but we advise everybody to assess their own fitness levels, try to adjust the exercises accordingly, and always follow health safety measures. Turn in each session sheet at the James Sports or Warmer Fitness Centers upon completion for a chance to win random prize drawings!
Get to steppin’! The Warmer Fitness/James Sports Centers are having a Steps Challenge May 1-31. Use an app, pedometer, or piece of paper to track your steps and log them on our website. Bragging rights are up for grabs for the top participants, and there will also be random prize drawings!
