The newest of MCAS Miramar’s three fitness centers, located between the Water Survival training (50-Meter) Pool and Mills Park, opened in January 2003. The center features a large, specially designed aerobics room, state-of-the-art cardio machines, a physical therapy room, daily lockers, and a gym that can be reserved for basketball games. Certified trainers and are available by appointment. Cardio Theater is also available. The center has water, sports drinks, and protein drinks for sale.
