Public/Private Venture Housing
Feb. 1, 2005, Navy Family Housing in the Northwest became privatized. The Navy has formed partnerships with Hunt Military Communities and Carroll's Creek Landing to provide this service.
- Visit the Hunt Military Communities website to learn more about the housing they provide.
- Visit the Carroll's Creek Landing website to learn more about the housing they provide.
Note: After a successful fifteen-year partnership, the Navy and Pinnacle have jointly decided to sell Carroll's Creek Landing. As the Navy and Pinnacle prepare to sell the property, our primary goal is to care for current residents. We will structure the sale in a manner that makes the transition as easy as possible for our military families. We are in the early stages of the planning process and will keep you informed as updates are available. To ensure you receive all future communications, please inform us at the NSE Housing Service Center if your contact information changes. Updates will be posted on the Family Housing page on this site as they become available, under the downloads section of the webpage.
Privatization is a creative and effective solution mandated by congress for all Department of Defense (DoD) housing. Privatization provides a quicker solution for renovating and replacing aging Military Family Housing.
