Why Choose Military Housing?
Choosing military housing can greatly benefit members of the military and their families. Lincoln Military Housing communities offer many advantages over civilian housing, designed to meet the unique and specific needs of families just like yours.
Key benefits to military housing include cost, rental arrangements, and a sense of community. We offer straightforward rental agreements with average utility usage included and no credit checks or deposits, and a variety of community events and amenities including 24-hour maintenance, access to recreation facilities, and more.
For over 50 years, we have welcomed military families into quality, comfortable homes in communities throughout the United States. Our goal has always been to provide your family with the best quality of service during your residency with us, starting with the move-in process. We are here to serve you and strive to provide military families with convenience, comfort, and community.
AVERAGE UTILITY USAGE INCLUDED*
Your rental costs can be conveniently paid through the allotment system and include all of the amenities and services of the community. Gas, water, and average electricity usage are also included in your rent. Excess electricity charges may be incurred through the DoD’s RECP program.
