Too much stress can cause relatively minor illnesses like insomnia, backaches, or headaches, and can contribute to potentially life-threatening diseases like high blood pressure and heart disease.

For the physical aspects of health, we have built many different earth energy rooms, herbal dry saunas, steam saunas, and different whirlpools. Each facility has specific health benefits and those can be found in our tour section of our spa site.

For the mental aspects of health, we have tried our best to create a comfortable environment by incorporating a reading room, meditation room, log room, and tea ceremony class for our customers to experience the tranquility and the peace.
