Our chefs believe that creative and fun food can be served anywhere. Whether it be your bridal shower, rehearsal dinner or wedding reception, Eagle Catering can provide customized menus for any occasion.
How We Can Help You
Eagle Catering can offer you three different venues: Cole Park Commons, Joe Swing Recreation Center and Smokehaus Restaurant. Please let us know which venue you are interested in. For Hail and Farewells we offer a dinner menu which includes: Smoked pulled pork, baked chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans and corns - served buffet style. All meals are served with Salad, two dressings and dinner rolls. The menu also includes sweet tea and water for $15 per person.
To help ensure the success of your event, one person must be designated as Point of Contact (POC) to coordinate all requirements for the event. The POC will be our only point of contact during the event to ensure there are no conflicting requirements and your function runs smoothly. If you have any guests with dietary restrictions, please let us know so we can accommodate them with a different menu.
Management reserves the right to reassign the space based on the best utilization of all function space.
A $200 non-refundable deposit may be required prior to the event in order to secure the room. The non-refundable deposit will be applied to your total catering contract.
If you need linens, napkins, etc. for your event, contact our event representative. The linen charge is: $5 per tablecloth, $2 per overlay, and $0.50 per napkin. Additional tables for cake, awards etc. can be provided for a charge of $8 per table. We can provide a variety of colors and options. If specialty colors are needed, please inform uns in advance as we may need to special order them. For wedding linen there is a charge of $16 per 132" round.
Nails, tacks, staples, glue and tape MAY NOT be used to attach decorations to any facility surface. Per fire code, no items may hang from the ceiling. Open flame candles are also not allowed. Candles may be lit if they are contained within a glass globe or other non-flammable container. All decorations must be removed at the conclusion of the event. Management cannot be held responsible for any decorations that are left in the facility. Confetti, sprinkles, sand, rice, bubbles, birdseed, and hay may not be used inside or outside the facilities. Use of any of these, or similar items, will result in a $200 Cleaning Fee.
Eagle Catering: Army Regulation does not permit the introduction of food or beverages from an outside source by any patron, or group for consumption in the facility; with the exception of specialty items such as ceremonial cakes.
Due to Army Regulation and liability issues, Eagle Catering cannot permit catered food to be removed from any of the facilities by guests after the completion of a function.
Military Functions: Welcome Homes, Hail and Farewells and Formals.
Non-Military Functions: Weddings, Rehearsal Dinners, Anniversary Parties, Promotion Parties, Meetings, Conferences, Off-sites, Reunions, and Tradeshows – all planned and orchestrated in a professional and caring manner.
Audio/Visual packages, dance floors and stages are available for your special function.
Off-premise catering is also available.
